The terms that govern use of the On The Beat MD platform.
These terms are in draft pending counsel review and will be finalised before paid or account-based features open.
Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, impersonate, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
Do not present yourself as a mentor, verified clinician, or platform representative unless On The Beat MD has approved you in that role.
Content and intellectual property
Platform content is owned by On The Beat MD or its contributors. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; redistribution is not, without written permission.
You retain ownership of what you submit, and grant us the licence needed to operate the platform.
Accounts and termination
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that endangers members, particularly minors, or that breaches these terms.
Liability
